Seth Rollins versus Bray Wyatt
Rollins with a wrist lock into a side head lock. Rollins with a knee and snap mare followed by a kick to the back. They lock up again and Wyatt backs Rollins into the corner. Wyatt teases a clean break but he tries to punch Rollins. Rollins goes after Wyatt but Wyatt leans back in the corner and Rollins stops. Rollins with a baseball slide and he goes for a suicide dive but the attempt is stopped by a punch from Wyatt. Wyatt with an uppercut. Rollins with a flat line and then Wyatt with a back elbow to stop Rollins. They go to the apron and Wyatt tries for a DDT but Rollins with punches to Wyatt. Wyatt throws Rollins off the apron and into the ring steps. Wyatt breaks the count and then goes back to the floor and sends Rollins into the ringside barrier with a running shoulder tackle. Wyatt gets a near fall. Wyatt with a reverse chin lock but Rollins with a punch. Wyatt with a forearm to the back followed by a double thrust to the upper chest. Rollins is put on the turnbuckles and Wyatt climbs.
Rollins with punches and head butts to stop Wyatt. Wyatt with a punch and head butt. Wyatt with a superplex and both men are down. Wyatt gets a near fall. Wyatt and Rollins with punches but Rollins with the advantage for a moment. Wyatt with a forearm. Wyatt pulls Rollins out of the ropes and Rollins flips and lands on his feet. Wyatt with a forearm to the back and then he hits a DDT on the apron. Wyatt gets a near fall. Wyatt with a reverse chin lock. Wyatt sends Rollins to the mat but he misses a back senton when Rollins moves. Rollins pulls himself up to his feet and Rollins sends Wyatt to the floor. Roman Reigns vs. Samoa Joe vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor in a Fatal Five to determine top contender to WWE Universal champion Brock Lesnar
Everyone battled at the bell leaving Roman in the ring. They fired back and forth. Reigns nailed a Samoan Drop but Samoa Joe caught him for a potential one, only to have it reversed and Roman snapped one. Finn and Roman battled back and forth. Balor went for a kick but Roman blocked it. Joe sent Rollins to the floor and went for a dive but was nailed a Seth nailed one on Joe. Balor drilled Bray and stomped him over and over, using the ropes for leverage. He turned to Joe and Seth and gave them the same treatment. Balor nailed a big flip dive to the outside, wiping out his opposition. The battle continues with Joe tossing Roman into the barricade. Joe and Bray teamed up to drill Rollins with the steel steps. They turned to Balor and assaulted him as well before turning their attention back to Roman. Joe and Bray continued to control the landscape, taking turns beating on Finn. Rollins returned to the fray and nailed a leg lariat on Bray, then drove Joe into the buckles. He went for a dive on Bray but was nailed with a massive right hand. Bray nailed him with a DDT on the steel steps. Back in the ring, Joe sunk in the Clutch but Finn slipped out and nailed the double stomp. Wyatt brought a chair into the equation and started laying waste to everyone. He turned to Joe and teased hitting him, but turned and nailed Finn again. Joe nailed the back senton splash on Finn, who had a chair laid across his back. Not to be undone, Bray then nailed one on the chair. Joe teased he was going to attack Bray but backed off. Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins
They made it a point to note this was only the second time they had wrestled. Joe threw some kicks towards a cautious Rollins. They locked up and Rollins was backed into the corner. Rollins fired up with a chop but was nailed with a headbutt. Joe peppered him with right hands. Joe went for a clothesline but Rollins ducked under and nailed a dropkick after he rebounded. Joe went to the floor. Rollins followed and dove down on him off the apron. They battled on the floor, where Joe tossed him over the barricade into the timekeeper’s area but Rollins came off the barricade with a clothesline. Joe was tossed into the ring but rolled back out, where Rollins nailed a pair of suicide dives. Joe came back to nail a diving forearm to the floor. He went after Rollins’ bad knee and drove down on it with a back senton splash. He measured Rollins in the corner and nailed a series of chops. Joe nailed a running back elbow into an enziguiri. It was all Joe.
Rollins fired back with clotheslines but Joe didn’t go down. Rollins nailed a forearm in the corner and snapped him down with a hangman’s neckbreaker. Rollins dove but Joe caught him and nailed the kneecapper, followed by a kneebar on the mat. Good stuff. Rollins made it to the ropes, forcing the break but the idea was that the damage had been done. Joe told Rollins he brought this upon himself and nailed a headbutt. Joe snapped him down with a powerbomb and turned into a halfcrab. Rollins tried to make it to the ropes but Joe pulled him away and locked in a Texas Cloverleaf. Rollins broke the hold with the ropes so Joe used his boot to scrape his face. Rollins cut off a charge with a forearm and drilled him with Slingblade. The idea is that one-legged Rollins was taking the fight to Joe to build sympathy Unfortunately, It’s pretty obvious the House of Horrors segment killed the momentum of the live crowd. Rollins nailed a Blockbuster off the top, which got the biggest reaction of anything in the bout thus far, despite the good work. Rollins moved out of a Joe splash and kicked him in the chest for a two count. Rollins went for the buckle bomb but through better of it. He nailed a Falcon’s Arrow for a two count. Rollins went to the top and nailed the frog splash but was grabbed at his bad knee. Joe kicked up at two. He rose like a monster in a horror film and they exchanged strikes. Rollins psyched himself up but was caught in a sleeper hold. Rollins pushed off the ropes (Bret Hart vs. Roddy Piper at Wrestlemania 8) to score a two count but Joe escaped and worked him over. Joe locked in the sleeper. Rollins pushed back and somehow had Joe’s shoulders down and scored the pin.

Non-Sanctioned Match: Triple H vs Seth Rollins
Triple H gets his usual awesome entrance, this time on a motorcycle with leather-clad Stephanie on a Triple H motorcycle with a police escort. Rollins makes his entrance, the bell rings, and we’re off: they trade right hands right off the bell, and Rollins knocks Triple H to the floor with a dropkick. Rollins goes out after him and hits a clothesline that sends both men over the barricade and into the crowd. Triple H charges and gets backdropped to the ringside area, then Rollins springboards off the barricade with a clothesline to Triple H. Rolins springboards back in, but Triple H grabs the leg on the way down, and Rollins hits him with an enziguiri. Rollins hits a dive through the ropes, then another. Back out to the floor, and Seth goes for a Pedigree on the announce table, but Triple H hits the knee and then a DDT onto the table.
Triple H gets a chair and wallops Seth’s knee with it, then does it again a second time. Back into the ring, and Triple H gets Rollins in a leglock. Rollins fights back and gives Triple H a Flatliner into the middle turnbuckle, but then he goes up and Triple H nails him and goes for a superplex. Rollins fights him off and goes for a sunset bomb, but he blows his knee out coming down. Triple H drags Seth up and unloads with right hands in the corner, but Rollins picks him up for a running powerbomb…and his knee goes out. Triple H goes for a Pedigree, Seth slips out and goes for his own, but lets it go and hits a Buckle Bomb instead. Seth knocks Triple H to the floor, goes to the top rope, hits a dive, but hurts his knee on the landing. Rollins rams Triple H from one ringpost to another, then throws a bunch of chairs in the ring, dumps Triple H back into the ring, and hits a frogsplash for 2. Rollins comes after Triple H with a chair, but Triple H kicks his knee out from under him and then hits a spinebuster. Triple H puts Seth’s leg in a chair and Pillmanizes his knee, then he goes to the top, but Rollins throws a chair in Triple H’s face and hits a superplex, rolls through, and hits a falcon arrow suplex for 2. Seth goes up to the top, but Stephanie distracts him and Triple H takes Rollins down and gets him in an inverted figure four. Rollins gets out and gets the Border City Stretch on Triple H, but Triple H punches the knee until Rollins releases the hold and rolls out to the floor. Continue Reading
