Seth says that if he cannot curb stomp Brock Lesnar, then he is going to curb stomp . . . you.
Paul says that is so stereotypical. That is what everyone says when Brock is not around. Does that make you tough? Are you going to go around and tell everyone that you curb stomped Paul Heyman so that proves that you are the future of WWE? Does that make you tough?
Seth says that makes him smart. If he decides to curb stomp Paul tonight, he takes away Brock’s greatest asset. Then he is fighting all brawn and no brains. Then Brock Lesnar is reduced to nothing more than a 300 pound mass of muscle that Seth will run circles around. Seth says that he has proven that John Cena is not a threat to him. He has curb stomped Paul’s client, not once, but twice. He will make it count for the third time when he beats him and walks out as the WWE Champion.
Why shouldn’t he curb stomp Paul right now?
Paul says that the Authority is in power now, but they have been removed from power before. What makes Seth think that the Authority could be removed from power again? By hook or by crook? By the Board or by the whims of Vince McMahon?
Paul says that he has gained power every day that he has been back in the WWE. When Brock ended the Undertaker’s streak, he gained power. When Brock Lesnar won the WWE Title, he gained power. Brock has a death grip on the title and he will hold it as long as he wants. Brock can defend the championship or he can protect the new champion when Paul decides the future is now.
